Hereby OAK Offshore maintains a strict policy on the possession, use and consumption of drugs & alcohol to any person traveling to, working or visiting the project side (onshore and offshore).

It is prohibited for employees, contractors and partners to:

– Report or endeavour to report for duty whilst under the influence of drugs or alcohol;
– Be in possession, store or sell drugs and alcohol during travel and at the project side;
– Consume alcohol or drugs during travel and at worksite;
– Employees, contractors and partners visiting onshore and offshore worksites shall maintain a zero drugs and alcohol policy during travel and  their stay.

Employees and contractors, who fail to comply with the above mentioned policy and the Code of Conduct will result to immediate termination of employment.

Through our commitment in enforcing the Drugs and Alcohol Policy, it is our hope to bring awareness and compliance from all personnel, creating a safe, healthy and a productive working environment.
