CODE OF CONDUCT

Introduction
OAK Offshore prides itself in being a professional and responsible company with a good reputation. We do our best to comply and satisfy the needs of our personnel and clients, while providing a positive experience and professional service with our personnel during execution of their work. Being part of the team we expect you to respect and follow OAK Offshore policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations and maintain the Code of Conduct in an ethically, professional and responsible manner.

Health, Safety, Environment and Quality
Health, Safety and Environment are integral to OAK Offshore culture and is a focus as we operate in different areas of the world, onshore and offshore. We make sure that our offshore and onshore professionals are equipped with the resources, support and personnel protective equipment they need to be successful without any impact on health, safety and environment. We encourage teamwork and ensure that they are instilled with the correct qualifications and training to work in a safe and rewarding work environment. OAK Offshore considers the provision of such environment to be of importance, health and safety will never be compromised for other objectives.

All our personnel must conduct their duties and responsibilities in compliance with OAK Offshore HSE and Quality policies from our Management System, applicable laws, regulations and industry standards.

Drugs and Alcohol
It is the policy of OAK Offshore to assist in providing a Safe, Healthy and Drugs & Alcohol free work environment for its employees, contractors and partners.

OAK Offshore maintains a strict policy on the possession, use and consumption of drugs & alcohol to any person traveling to, working or visiting the project side (onshore and offshore).

Through our commitment in enforcing the Drugs and Alcohol Policy, it is our hope to bring awareness and compliance from all personnel, creating a safe, healthy and a productive working environment.

Social Responsible
The shareholders, management, employees and contractors are aware of the responsibility of their actions in respect of their own personnel, clients and society as a whole. And therefore always act in accordance with the principles that both society and the professional associations expected of a services providing company.

Respect and undesirable behavior
All personnel are entitled to being treated with respect by their colleagues and the employer. The employer shall not tolerate discrimination or harassment based on race, gender, religion, nationality, handicap, age, sexual orientation, family relationship or any other reason whatsoever that is prohibited by law and OAK Offshore policies. The undesirable behaviors, but not limited to the following, will not be tolerated:

– Fighting, bullying, verbal abuse and sexual harassment.
– Indecent behavior that jeopardizes personal and company image.
– Excessive irresponsible spending, example hotel food or phone bills
– Discrimination

Improper payments
OAK Offshore accepts no benefits of gifts, whoever the donor may be, which are intended to influence the activities or services of OAK Offshore and are classified as illegal actions or improper practices.

OAK Offshore does not offer or give any benefits or gifts, whoever the recipient may be, which are intent to influence the prospects of orders or the impact or outcome of OAK Offshore business activities and are classified as illegal actions or improper practices.

OAK Offshore accepts and extends invitations to social occasions only to an extent which complies with the customary practices in the country or client in questions.

OAK Offshore will never “black listing” employees or asking employees gifts for providing job offers or work. OAK Offshore distributes corporate gifts only to a reasonable extend and in conformity with the practices of the individual markets and organizations. In the case of corporate gifts, the emphasis is in the symbolic act of giving and the gifts function as a reminders of OAK Offshore. The gifts value of material should be of a secondary importance to the recipient.

Charity Donations
The charity donations provided by OAK Offshore must be compatible with our business activities and reflect our commitment to operating in an ethical manner. Donations will not be given to organizations that OAK Offshore is in legal or financial conflict with or which connects OAK Offshore to any political party or group. The motive of a charity donations should at all times be transparent.

Conflict of interest
All OAK Offshore personnel must pay attention to conflict of interest. A conflict of interest is a situation in which an organization or person is involved in multiple interests, financial or otherwise, one of which could be possible corrupt the motivation of the individual or organization. You must to report any potential conflict of interest in writing to senior management of OAK Offshore.

Intellectual property
OAK Offshore is committed to a high level of legal and ethical standards in the conduct of our business. It is the policy of OAK Offshore to respect the intellectual property rights of clients, suppliers, business partners and others. No OAK Offshore employee and contractor should steal or misuse the intellectual property rights owned or maintained by another.

Oak Offshore is committed to protect its own intellectual property, such as business information, processes and technology. It is the responsibility of all OAK Offshore employees to help and protect OAK Offshore intellectual property.

The purpose of this policy is to help maintain OAK Offshore reputation as a fair business partner, ensure the integrity of our company and comply with the laws and regulating intellectual property.

Social Media Policy
All client’s project related information are strictly confidential. It is imperative that in order to project our client’s privacy from expose to the public, our personnel are not allowed to publish and videos, movies, text or photos on any social networking sites. Client’s holds the right to publish the social media materials for any press release, trade show or other organized events purpose and personnel are not allowed to violate the copyrights.

Travel
All OAK Offshore personnel needs to comply with OAK Offshore travel policy and with the local and international travel rules and duty free concessions to ensure that all personnel required to travel will be prepared to carry out work duties safely and to prevent complications with custom or immigration authorities.
