Role Overview

You will play a key role in preparing tenders, supporting project execution, and coordinating across departments to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze invitation-to-tender documents and define bid strategies in consultation with senior management.
• Prepare customer-focused, comprehensive tender documents in coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Transition successful tenders to project execution teams and step in as Project Engineer when needed.
• Develop technical solutions alongside project and operational teams to meet specific client needs.
• Coordinate contract terms and conditions in collaboration with the legal department.
• Track market trends, client demands, competitor activities, and upcoming tender opportunities.
• Support marketing initiatives including presentations, trade shows, social media, and website content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in a technical field.
• 35 years of relevant experience in the offshore and energy sector.
• Experience with subsea cable or flexible handling is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
